We are in the home stretch! 1. Catcher in the Rye exams=12/6, 12/7. They cover the book, JD Salinger, Post-Modernism, "A Perfect day for Bananafish." Study guide's been posted for awhile. 2. Get/read the book Night, by Elie Wiesel. Know "Why I Write," as well. Why does he write? His biographical info is also posted. 3. Pay attention to the film, Schindler's List. The things to watch for/take notes on are posted under Class Documents. 4. Utilize the awesome review packet which is now also posted under Class Documents. 5. Stay strong! "I love the smell of napalm in the morning. . . It smells like . . . victory!" 6. Lastly, you have homework over Winter Break! You must obtain and read March, Book Three, by John Lewis. Make sure it's Book Three; it's the last in a trilogy. Again, make sure you read it and bring it with you after Winter Break! March, Book Three. It's a graphic novel!
